1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Link-Drin web directory by individuals and businesses that create an account, submit a listing or submit a review.
2. General provisions
The basic web directory is available to users free of charge. There is no guarantee that a submitted listing will be accepted or remain permanently in the directory. Our aim is to provide visitors with a high-quality, spam-free web directory.
3. Content that is not accepted
We do not accept websites containing racist, sexist, unlawful or content harmful to minors; multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes; pure affiliate websites; incomplete or unreachable websites; pure redirects; websites with excessive advertising; or unfinished “under construction” websites.
There is no entitlement to approval of a submitted listing. The decision whether to approve a listing is made solely by us. A listing may be rejected or removed at any time, particularly where there is reason to suspect incorrect information, spam or a legal violation. No claim for damages arises from the use or non-use of our website.
We reserve the right to review registered listings at irregular intervals. If a listing is no longer reachable or violates our rules, third-party rights or applicable law, it may be removed.
4. Reviews
Reviews must be truthful and factual. Insulting, discriminatory or obviously false reviews will not be approved.
5. Premium listings
In addition to the free basic listing, paid Premium plans can be requested or, where the payment function is enabled, purchased as a one-time payment through Stripe Checkout. The prices and terms displayed before the request or payment are those that apply to the selected listing. No subscription is created and no automatic paid renewal is set up.
Successful payment and activation of the Premium plan are separate steps. The Premium plan is activated only after our administrative review. If a request is rejected or a confirmed payment is not followed by activation, the matter will be handled individually and refunded where required.
For online payments, complete and correct billing information must be entered in Stripe Checkout. Once the Premium plan has been activated, a PDF invoice is created from this information, sent to the confirmed billing email address and made available in the customer account. Later changes to listing or account information do not alter invoices that have already been issued. In the event of a full refund, the original invoice remains on record and is supplemented by a separate cancellation document or credit note as applicable.
Owners of a listing with active Premium Plus may additionally upload their own images for a gallery. By uploading an image, the owner confirms that they hold the necessary rights to the image and that uploading and publicly displaying it does not infringe any personal rights, trademarks, copyrights or other third-party rights, and that the image does not contain unlawful or inappropriate content. Link-Drin reviews uploaded images before public display and reserves the right to reject images or remove images that were previously published.
6. Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings and reviews submitted by third parties. The respective operators are responsible for external websites that are linked from Link-Drin. We have no control over their content.
7. Formation of the contract
The free basic listing does not incur any charges. For paid additional services, the specific plan, price and term are displayed before the request or payment. A contract for the additional service is formed only when we accept the request or manually activate the service. Payment confirmation alone does not constitute automatic activation.
8. Your cooperation
If, as a visitor, you notice a listing that violates our rules, third-party rights or applicable law, please send a short message using the contact details provided in the Legal notice. We will review the listing as soon as possible.
9. Changes
These Terms & Conditions may be updated where necessary. The current version is always available on this page.
